Cancellation Policy

All workshop bookings require confirmation in writing. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled workshop date. Requests made within 7 days may be subject to a rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the total booking cost. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop may result in a non-refundable charge of up to 50% of the total booking fee due to preparation, materials, and scheduling commitments. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. If ISupportIt must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of any payments made. Travel-based workshops requiring airfare or lodging may have additional non-refundable costs depending on vendor policies. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
